Technology Grants Management

This administrative service facilitates the process of communicating to members of the college community the various technology funding opportunities, reviewing proposals, communicating decisions, and following up on financial and non-financial matters related to the funded projects. It covers the following grant programs: Instructional Equipment Grant, Tools for Discovery Grant, Small Grant, and Course Transformation Program.

Eligibility

CLA departments, faculty, and staff

What We Do

  • Provide details about grant eligibility and deadlines.
  • Respond to inquiries posed by department chairs, staff, and faculty regarding past grants.
  • Inform and seek approval from department chairs for projects proposed by their faculty.
  • Provide information regarding grant balances on a regular basis.
  • Handle requests for exceptions and extensions.

What We Don't Do

  • Prioritize proposals.
  • Submit requests for reimbursement.
  • Write proposals.

What You Need to Do

  • Submit all proposals before deadline.

Our Commitment

Response to inquiries and requests within two business days. Approval for exceptions and extensions are at the discretion and convenience of the committee.
