Ordering
Department contacts will receive an email with instructions, a username, and access code to the online order form along with a list of PB users eligible for computer replacements and the total allocation of TS and GS computers.
It is suggested that department contacts complete the online order form with the direct assistance of a Regional Technician. Departments with no assigned CLA-OIT Regional Technician should contact the CLA-OIT Service Desk at 612-624-4357.
Delivery
Once orders are submitted to CLA-OIT they are processed and submitted to the vendor. Upon delivery, the CLA-OIT Service Desk configures each machine. Computers are then delivered to the appropriate Regional Technician, who schedule setup times with each user.
